Paul Mayo received his Master of Audio Engineering from Belmont University in 2018. During his graduate studies, Paul worked as the Chief of Repairs & Service for Miktek Microphones, designed nonlinear modeling algorithms for Apogee Electronics, and taught courses on circuit theory, digital signal processing, and songwriting. His research interests include digital signal processing, hearing aids, psychoacoustics, and cochlear implants. Paul is currently an Au.D./Ph.D. student in the Department of Hearing and Speech Sciences at the University of Maryland - College Park. After obtaining his degrees, Paul hopes to earn a professorship at a teaching university.
